Andrew Doyle is the Global Head of Loyalty, Promotions, and Growth Propositions at EPAM, where they lead Generative Loyalty services at Empathy Lab. Currently serving as a Managing Principal, Andrew heads a growth consulting practice focused on opportunity analysis, capability development, and go-to-market strategy. With a background as a Principal Director in Accenture's Growth & Corporate Strategy practice, Andrew has extensive experience as a growth strategist, helping organizations adapt to market changes. They previously co-founded a social enterprise and currently serve as a Non-Executive Board Member for the organization. Andrew is pursuing executive education at INSEAD and holds a First Class degree from King's College London.
