Chris Layer

Chris Layer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leading cloud transformation and systems engineering initiatives. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Solutions at EPAM Systems since January 2022, Chris previously held the role of Vice President of Cloud Platforms at The NPD Group, where responsibilities included driving the company's shift to a 'cloud first' strategy. Prior to that, Chris spent nearly two decades at Wolters Kluwer, serving as Director/VP of Systems Engineering & Operations, contributing to the delivery of global technology solutions. Early career experience includes directorship roles at Thomson Reuters and leadership positions at Porta Systems Corp and KepTel, focusing on product implementation and innovation in emerging technologies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business.
