Dmitriy Pak, MBA, is an accomplished professional specializing in ESG and social impact with over seven years of cross-sector experience in corporate, non-profit, and education fields. Currently, they lead regional ESG and Sustainability programs at EPAM, focusing on strategic alignment and scalable initiatives while also serving as a Professor of Practice at AlmaU, where they teach entrepreneurship and mentor students. Dmitriy has previously held leadership roles, including National Director for Human Nature Projects in Kazakhstan and Head of Curriculum Development at Just Speak It.
