Feyza O'Connell is a seasoned executive in account management and digital transformation, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Account Management at EPAM Systems since March 2024. With an extensive background in leading roles at SoftServe, including Vice President positions focusing on client engagement and digital consulting, Feyza has significantly contributed to the growth and strategic direction of various technology initiatives. As President of the Open Eyes Fund for Ukraine, Feyza has played a key role in enhancing community welfare through non-profit efforts. Additional experience includes board membership at Scopic Software and previous product marketing and management roles at organizations such as Intel Corporation and TIPA.
