Greg Killian has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, having held leadership roles at prominent companies. At EPAM Systems from March 2019 to August 2025, Greg served as SVP/GM for both Global Life Sciences & Healthcare and the Life Sciences Business Unit. Prior to this, Greg worked at HCL Technologies as Head of Digital & Analytics for Healthcare & Life Sciences and as Global Head of Analytics for various sectors. Greg's career also includes significant positions at Siemens, where roles included Sr. Director of Population Health & Care Management and Director of Product Management. Earlier experience includes VP of Business Development at Innovative Process Solutions and Vertical Marketing Manager at Siemens Energy & Automation. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and an MBA from UMass Boston.
