Jon Harper

Jon Harper is a Technical Manager with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and leading large-scale technology solutions. They served as an IT Manager at Cofunds from 2013 to 2016, overseeing a team of approximately 70 staff and managing multimillion-dollar programs to ensure regulatory compliance. Currently, as a Senior Delivery Manager at EPAM Systems since 2016, Jon focuses on operations, change management, and complex project delivery for notable clients such as BT/EE and MoneySupermarket. They began their career as an Analyst Programmer at ABS Oldacres in the mid-1980s and have held leadership roles at various prestigious companies, including Capgemini and CSC Consulting. Jon’s educational background in Computing from Teesside University complements their extensive industry expertise.
