Kateryna Duda

Kateryna Duda is currently a Senior RevOps at EPAM Systems, where they develop and maintain P&L models, drive margin improvement initiatives, forecast revenue performance, and oversee contract management processes. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at the Klitschko Foundation, where they developed project plans and organized media literacy training. Kateryna also worked as a Sales Operations Manager at Solidgate from 2023 to 2025. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at the same institution. Kateryna is a FLEX’20 alumna.
