Laura Hunter is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Lead at EPAM Systems since January 2021, focusing on recruitment for the Digital Engagement Practice and Consulting Practices in the EMEA region. Previously, Laura held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at EPAM Systems, specializing in the Digital Engagement Practice across various countries. Laura's recruitment expertise encompasses a wide range of capabilities, including Software Engineers, UX/UI Designers, and Digital Marketing Strategists. Prior to EPAM Systems, Laura worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Jefferson Frank, specializing in AWS DevOps and Infrastructure roles, and as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at durhamlane, where duties included filling sales positions and pioneering graduate assessment centres.
