Marc Serrano is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in account management and content management across various industries. At EPAM Systems, Marc currently serves as Vice President of Account Management and has held multiple leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Account Management. Previously, Marc contributed to Office Depot as Senior eCommerce Content Manager, optimizing product findability and improving vendor onboarding. At ARS Interactive, Marc held several positions, culminating as Vice President of Content Management, overseeing multiple departments to achieve client goals. Additionally, Marc has academic experience as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, teaching political science courses.
