Marek Stępień is a data leader with a significant background in building cross-functional data teams and developing pragmatic AI strategies. Having begun at McKinsey, Marek advised global clients on cost analytics and product design before transitioning to Lime, where they scaled operations across multiple countries. At Text, Marek constructed a data function from the ground up and fostered a trust-driven culture, ultimately leading to zero voluntary attrition. Currently, as a Senior Manager in Data Science at EPAM, Marek focuses on advanced analytics and AI to drive enterprise transformation and data leadership.
