Mark Quien

Mark Quien is the Senior Corporate Counsel at EPAM Systems, Inc., where they focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate matters. Prior to this role, Mark served as an Associate in the Global Corporate Group at Reed Smith LLP from 2015 to 2018. Mark also held positions as a Summer Associate at Marvel Studios and participated as a Council Member for Emancipet between 2016 and 2018. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Legal Studies with summa cum laude honors from Temple University - Fox School of Business and Management, followed by a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where they received the Dean’s Scholar Prize in Patent Law.
