Oleksandr Shyshkin

Oleksandr Shyshkin is a seasoned Project Manager at EPAM Systems, with nearly 20 years in software engineering, including 14 in leadership roles. Since 2020, they have successfully managed diverse teams while ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Previously, Oleksandr held positions as a Software Development Manager and Team Lead at various companies, where they demonstrated proficiency in project management, team coordination, and client communication. They earned an MS in Engineering from the National University of Shipbuilding and a PhD in Computer Science from Odessa National Polytechnic University.
