Patrick Mell

Patrick Mell has substantial experience in client services and customer success, most recently serving as Head of Client Services for Test IO North America at EPAM Systems from August 2020 to June 2023. In this role at a renowned global digital platform engineering firm, Patrick contributed to enhancing customer experiences through strategic consulting and advanced technology solutions. Prior to this, Patrick held various positions at Test IO, including Team Manager and Senior Customer Success Manager, and played a key role in account management and customer experience at Bugcrowd Inc and SolarCity. Patrick is an alumnus of the University of California, Santa Cruz.
