Roman Kharchenko

Roman Kharchenko is a Senior Software Engineer at EPAM Systems with extensive experience in database engineering and IT process optimization. They began their career as a programmer at the Kharkiv Institute of Banking, later developing their expertise at various companies including STVgroup and ООО "СТВ-Харьков," where they held leadership roles and optimized SQL code for business systems. Roman holds degrees in IT and Banking and Financial Support Services from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and the Kharkiv Institute of Banking, respectively.
