Thomas Vrba

Thomas (Tom) Vrba is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Associate Partner at AdEx Partners since November 2023, Thomas previously held similar positions at IBM and Alcon, where strategic initiatives in ERP and digital transformation were implemented. Prior experience includes significant contributions as Deployment Lead for ERP Digital Core at Novartis and as ERP Global Deployment Lead at Shell Oil Company. Thomas began their career at PwC Deutschland as a Senior Manager, following a stint as Head of Program Management at DG Hypothekenbank. Educationally, Thomas earned a Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim and participated in the MIBP at Swansea University, focusing on Marketing and Operations Research.
