Tom Ware

Tom Ware is currently the Chief Business Analyst and UK&I Business Unit Head at EPAM Systems, delivering digital strategy and technology consulting to global clients across various industries. With extensive experience in business analysis, Tom previously worked as a Senior Business Consultant at CGI, focusing on the electricity, gas, and water sectors, and held roles at companies such as Raytheon Technologies and E.ON. Tom began their career as a Business Analyst at Centrica, contributing to a large-scale transformation program that integrated new CRM and billing systems. They continue their education in Business Administration and Management at The Open University Business School.
