Irina Owens has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles, currently serving as the Director of Homelessness Initiatives for the City of Manchester, NH since June 2024. Prior to this position, Irina was an Intake Coordinator and Data Specialist at Families in Transition from April 2019 to June 2024, and co-founded BAO Communications from June 2017 to November 2022. Irina’s background includes roles such as Recovery Development Outreach Coordinator/Executive Assistant at HOPE for NH Recovery and Outreach Coordinator/NH Scheduler for Senator Kelly Ayotte. Additionally, Irina gained experience in campaign operations as an Operations Manager for Jennifer Horn for Congress and as a Field Representative for Stephen for Governor. Irina also owned TMC Remodeling, LLC, and held a management position at Salon Aquavit. Educational qualifications include a Business Certificate from Berkeley Business School and studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons The New School for Design.
