Laura Mantere is a seasoned professional in data and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics at Epassi since February 2023. Laura has a robust background in growth strategy, having held the position of Head of Growth at C More for both Telia and MTV Oy from July 2021 to July 2021. Prior roles include consulting in Data & Analytics at Knowit and various analytical roles at MTV Oy and Veikkaus Oy, including Data Scientist and Customer Service Specialist. Laura's academic credentials include a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tampere, along with a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. Additionally, Laura has experience in academia as a part-time teacher, responsible for instructing university students.
