Janora Hayes is the Recruitment Manager & Compliance Officer at ePATHUSA. Janora has over 18 years of experience in recruiting and human resources. Janora has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Iowa.

Janora started their career as a Recruiter for Net-Integrated Consulting (NIC) in 2004. Janora was responsible for tracking, reporting and verifying data for proposals, employee benefits, payroll, job/projects cost reporting, expense reports, commissions, monthly/yearly financial statements, and department statistics. Janora also built relationships with clients, candidates, consultants and internal staff. In 2010, they left NIC to join Experis as a Recruiter.

At Experis, Janora supported HR functions including personnel files, database, job postings, interviews, hiring negotiations, and processes, policies and procedures. Janora also maintained employee handbooks, professional compensation plans, benefit offerings, hiring offers, employment agreements, and new hire and exit processes. In 2015, they left Experis to join The Waldinger Corporation as a Corporate Recruiter.

At The Waldinger Corporation, Janora was responsible for recruitment of engineering and construction professionals nationwide. Janora also administered payroll, FSA, 401(k), COBRA, and all benefit plans offered. In addition, they managed the applicant tracking database (implementation, upgrades and support).

In 2019, Janora left The Waldinger Corporation to join ePATHUSA as a Sr.

Janora Hayes attended Simpson College and received an Associates degree. Janora then went on to AIB College of Business and received certification from CompTIA in A+ Certified. Janora also received certification from Microsoft in MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and from PMI in CAPM - Certified Associate Project Manager.
