Margaret Hodges

Margaret Hodges, MBA, is a dedicated author and customer service representative with extensive experience in the fields of literature and customer relations. As the author of "Down & Dirty to 180°, A Mother's Memoir of Margaret's Daughter's Domestic Violence," Margaret aims to support and empower individuals affected by domestic violence. In addition to writing, Margaret has been a customer service representative at EPB since 1998. Margaret earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2013, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing and Textiles from Bennett College.
