Melissa Foster has over 17 years of experience in customer service, sales, and management. Currently, at EPB since October 2011, Melissa works in Business Sales Support and has also served as a Customer Service Representative, focusing on commercial fiber optics and telecom accounts. Previously, from November 2005 to October 2011, Melissa was an Assistant Retail Sales Manager at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities included sales, customer service, and technical support. Earlier experience includes a Studio Manager position at Sears Portrait Studio from September 2003 to December 2006, overseeing training, photography, and operational tasks.
