Teagen Andrews began their career in 2009 as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank. After 1.5 years, they were promoted to Senior Customer Service Representative. In 2011, they became an Environmental Sustainability Consultant, where they successfully saved clients on average 30-50% of their operational budgets through turn-key solutions. In 2019, they started their Masters in Sustainable Management at DePaul University, where they also served as Vice-President of DePaul Net Impact. In 2021, they began interning at the Adelante Center for Entrepreneurship, and was also a Campus 1871 Pitch Competition Winner. Later that same year, they were hired as a Business Process Coordinator at ESA - Elohi Strategic Advisors, where they handled the logistics of company operations such as tradeshow and special event scheduling; executive team travel; and vetting and implementing new technologies, policies and procedures. After five months, they were promoted to Tradeshow Event Manager, successfully executing the planning and exhibition for three Elohi clients, increasing brand exposure to over 20,000 foodservice operators and distributors.
Teagen Andrews has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Management from DePaul University (2019-2021), a BSB in Sustainable Enterprise Management from University of Phoenix (2010-2012), and an Associates of Science in Environmental Science from Harper College (2006-2009).
