Ron D. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at EPB since July 2023, Ron previously held multiple roles at the State of Vermont, including Information Security Analyst II and IT Systems Administrator III, from November 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Network and System Engineer at Ormsby's Computer Systems, a Directory Services Administrator at Apex Systems, and completing the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy program at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Additionally, Ron served in the United States Marine Corps for five years as a System and Network Administrator, where responsibilities included maintaining critical server systems and IT infrastructure for deployments. Ron holds an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Southern New Hampshire University and has a foundational education from Vermont Technical College.
