What We Do We have been serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families since 1950 and continue to offer the highest standard of support and care. We offer a range of programs and services to provide EP!C individuals with the educational, residential, employment, and care taking resources they need. By empowering our participants to live their best life, we enrich their lives, the lives of their family members, and larger Central Illinois community. Educational Services: Participants have the opportunity to engage in sensory learning, adult life skills education, work skill acquisition, gardening, and computer activities. We also offer unique extracurricular activities and clubs, including art, dance, fitness, radio, volunteer, cooking, music, and more. Community Living Services: Participants have multiple accommodation options with EP!C. They may choose to live in group homes of varying sizes with around-the-clock care, be more independent in an apartment setting, or be matched with a host family. Employment Services: EP!C offers a variety of employment opportunities through community and organizational employment to meet the abilities and needs of our participants. We also provide job and work skills training in preparation for employment, continuing job coaching during employment as needed.
