Melody Shake

Melody Shake, MHA, CPHQ, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality Improvement and Corporate Compliance at EP!C and holds the position of VP of Quality and Compliance at Heartland Health Services - Central Illinois. They previously worked as the Director of Quality Management at Graham Health System and as the Director of Quality and Compliance at Heartland Community Health Clinic. Melody began their career as a Team Leader of Central Registration at Graham Services Corporation and later served as an Interventional Radiology Technologist II at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. They earned a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the University of St. Francis, and a diploma in Radiologic Technology from OSF St. Francis School of Radiology.
