Emilio Cruz

Emilio Cruz has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Emilio is currently working as the Vice President of Program Management/Construction Management Services at EPC Consultants, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Cordoba Corporation from April 2021 to March 2023.

Emilio has also worked at Carollo Engineers as the Senior Vice President/Director, Strategic Pursuits from November 2015 to April 2021. Before that, they served as the Metro Area Strategic Business Development Leader at AECOM from May 2015 to November 2015.

Emilio has experience in government organizations as well, having worked as the AGM of Infrastructure at the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission from February 2013 to April 2015. Emilio also owned and operated their own management and consulting services company called On Point Management and Consulting Services from May 2010 to January 2013.

Prior to that, they worked at EPC Consultants, Inc. as a Partner and Program Manager from December 2007 to May 2010. Emilio had a long tenure at URS Corporation, where they held the positions of Business Development Manager and Office Manager from March 2002 to December 2007.

Emilio started their career as the Chief Operating Officer at the Hispanic Scholarship Fund from January 2001 to February 2002. Emilio also served as the Director of Economic Development for the City and County of San Francisco from January 2000 to December 2000.

Emilio Cruz received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. Emilio attended Stanford University from 1982 to 1988.
