Jeffre Davis

Jeffre Davis is an experienced construction inspector with a diverse background in large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently employed at EPC Consultants, Inc. since January 2022, Jeffre works on the Ship Canal Water Quality Project, a significant initiative for Seattle Public Utilities aimed at reducing Combined Sewer Overflows. Previously, Jeffre served as a construction inspector at HDR for the Sound Transit light rail extension and as a QA inspector at Seattle Tunnel Partners on a $4.2 billion project for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Early career roles include working as an Erector Operator/Lead Miner for Traylor-Frontier Kemper on the University Link Light Rail Project and as Lead Miner/Crane Bellman for Vinci/Parsons-Frontier Kemper on the Brightwater Conveyance System. Jeffre's foundational experience includes multiple positions at KLB Construction, focusing on pipe laying and grading in various construction environments.
