Frank Erb

Frank Erb is an accomplished Senior Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in developing and establishing assembly processes across various industries. Currently at EPC Power Corp since December 2022, Frank focuses on optimizing assembly operations for the East Coast facility. Previous roles include Senior Manufacturing Engineer positions at ZF Transmissions and Eaton, as well as a Quality Engineer role at Watts Water Technologies. Frank's experience also encompasses time studies at Schindler Elevator Corporation and contributions to value stream mapping at Woven Electronics. Holding a Master's degree in Organizational Change Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor's in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Frank has effectively led continuous improvement initiatives and managed teams in high-pressure environments.
