Huw Carey

Huw Carey is an experienced professional in commercial operations and project management within the energy sector. Currently serving as Director of Commercial Operations at EPC Power Corp since October 2023, Huw's previous roles include Head of Project Management in the Substation Division and Product Line Manager for Renewables at Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc., where Huw worked from November 2016 to October 2023. Huw's extensive background includes leadership positions at GE Power Conversion, Converteam, Siemens Industry US, Hänel Storage Systems, ASIRobicon, voestalpine, and Kvaerner, with a strong focus on renewable energy projects, risk management, and operational efficiency. Huw holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swansea University.
