Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at EPC Real Estate Group is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic vision and overseeing its execution. Comprising the President and Owner, Vice President of Development, Executive Vice President and Partner, Vice President of Human Resources, and Vice President of Asset Management, this team ensures the successful acquisition, development, and management of luxury apartment projects. They coordinate efforts across departments to secure prime locations, obtain necessary approvals, supervise construction, and implement leasing and marketing strategies to meet occupancy and investment return goals.
