Erick Putter's work experience starts in 2012 as a Mechanical Engineer and Workshop Manager at NANTA Steelworks. Erick then worked as a Mechanical Engineer at the University of Pretoria, where they designed and constructed solar tracking systems. In 2014, they served as a Business Analyst at Namlog, implementing route optimization systems and identifying ways to increase efficiency and profits. Erick joined EPCM Holdings in 2015 and held various roles, including Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Turnkey Projects Portfolio Manager, and Operations Executive. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at EPCM Holdings, responsible for commercial management and implementing operational strategies.

Erick Putter completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria from 2010 to 2014. Erick has also obtained additional certifications such as the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2021 and the Professional Mechanical Engineer from the Engineering Council of South Africa & Washington Accord in 2020.
