Jack Middleton

Jack Middleton, BCom, CPHR, CCP, has over two decades of experience in leadership roles at EPCOR, where Middleton currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development, responsible for establishing a new team focused on professional growth and career development. Previous positions at EPCOR include leadership roles in Shared Services for both Drainage Services and Electricity Operations, as well as overseeing the Electrical Distribution system. Middleton's earlier career at the Provincial Health Authorities of Alberta involved managing labour relations and developing human resources policies. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from Royal Roads University, supplemented by coursework at the University of Michigan.
