Rhonda Schmitz

Previously vice president and chief financial officer, Rhonda is responsible for overseeing EPC’s accounting, tax, treasury and financial reporting areas. She started her career at EPC in 1998 as a part time accountant, was promoted to controller in 2012 and began managing all aspects of accounting and administration, including billing, product transfer, sales tax liability, internal purchasing and reception until becoming chief financial officer in 2020. Prior to EPC, Rhonda spent 13 years at Mark Twain Bank in the internal audit department. Rhonda earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and is a Certified Public Accountant.
