Konnie Dobreva, JD is the Vice President of Environmental Planning at EPD Solutions, Inc. Presently, Konnie has been with the company since July 2014. Prior to their current role, Konnie held the position of Director of Environmental Planning at EPD Solutions, Inc. Konnie previously worked as a Senior Planner at PlaceWorks from October 2004 to July 2014. Konnie earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law in 2004. Konnie also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Analysis and Design / Urban Planning from UC Irvine.
