Jyri Kylä-Kaila

Jyri Kylä-Kaila has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jyri started their career as a Salesperson at Storm Motor Oy in 2001 and worked there until 2007. Jyri then joined Protopaja Oy as a Project Engineer and Mechanical Designer from 2005 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Partner at Kasvihuone Es-An Oy, where they were involved in family entrepreneurship until 2016. Following that, they joined Valmet Automotive and held various roles including Project Engineer, Project Manager in Sales & Marketing, Manager in Engineering Sales, and finally Director of Electric Vehicle Powertrain from 2011 to 2018. Jyri is currently the Managing Director at Epec Oy, a position they assumed in December 2018.

Jyri Kylä-Kaila obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Product Development from Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2000 to 2005. Jyri continued their education at LUT University, where they earned their Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from 2013 to 2019.
