Diana Rodrigues

Diana Rodrigues serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Management Board member at EPEX SPOT since June 2025. Prior to this role, Diana held multiple positions at the Joint Allocation Office (JAO SA) from May 2015 to May 2025, including Chief Financial Officer, Finance Manager, and Controller. Earlier experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Philips Luxembourg SA & Philips Investment Services Sàrl from June 2014 to May 2015, and as an Accountant at CASC.EU SA from October 2011 to June 2014. Diana Rodrigues is currently pursuing the International Directors Programme I Certificate in Corporate Governance and a Certificate in Advanced Strategy for Directors Programme at INSEAD, having also completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management at Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management at the University of Luxembourg.
