Dr Bernhard Walter

Dr. Bernhard Walter is the Head of Market Design & Regulatory Affairs at EnBW AG, where they have served since 2008. In addition to this role, Dr. Walter is the Chairman of the Exchange Council at both the European Energy Exchange AG and EPEX SPOT and has been a member of the Board at the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET) since 2010. They also hold the position of Vorstandsvorsitzender at EFET Deutschland. Dr. Walter earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of St. Andrews and a Diplom in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the Universität Konstanz.
