Theo Zafeiris

Theo Zafeiris has substantial experience in the energy and optimization sectors, currently serving as an API Customer Services Officer and holding previous roles as Senior Market Operator and Market Operator at EPEX SPOT since September 2019. Prior to this, Theo worked as a Project Leader for the Energy and Optimization Team at Bumaga BV from January 2015 to December 2017, leveraging expertise gained from Kenniscentrum Papier en Karton, where a role as Project Manager contributed to innovative projects in energy efficiency for the Dutch Paper and Board Industries. Earlier experience includes an internship at ECONORD SPA, supporting the design and implementation of wastewater treatment plants, complemented by an MSc in Sustainable Development from Utrecht University and a Diploma in Environmental Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
