Benjamin Bedrava serves as a Senior Associate and head of the Intellectual Property department at EPGD Business Law since October 2021, overseeing a diverse range of corporate and intellectual property matters. Prior experience includes a role as Attorney at The Rapacke Law Group, P.A., handling intellectual property litigation and research from June 2015 to October 2021, and serving as In House Counsel at NU World Title, LLC from July 2016 to March 2017, providing legal counsel on real estate matters. Benjamin Bedrava's extensive legal background also encompasses positions as a volunteer for Teen Court of Collier County, law clerk at Ausley & McMullen and Sternstein, Rainer & Clarke P.A., and managerial roles in research coordination at Florida State University. Benjamin Bedrava holds a Doctor of Law from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Psychology from Florida State University.

In litigation, we have experience in representing clients before the courts at the state, federal, and appellate level, as well as in the executive branch tax courts.
