Caroline Oyler is a dedicated law student at the University of Miami School of Law, set to earn a Doctor of Law degree in May 2025. Currently serving as a Law Clerk at EPGD Business Law and a Research Assistant focusing on trademarks and brand identity, Caroline has also gained experience as a Legal Extern at the University of Miami Office of Tech Transfer, where contributions included licensing agreements and intellectual property research. In addition to legal pursuits, Caroline is actively involved in fitness and wellness as a Yoga Teacher at Open Door Yoga and Om Movement, and as a Coach at [solidcore]. Previous roles include server positions and social media management, and Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia.

Built with a business perspective always in mind – the founder has an MBA in finance, we have represented various smaller publicly-traded companies, privately-held businesses, and individuals in a variety of issues. In litigation, we have experience in representing clients before the courts at the state, federal, and appellate level, as well as in the executive branch tax courts. Our firm always brings an approach towards the most efficient and beneficial results for our clients, no matter the circumstances. We look to build a relationship through the life cycle of the businesses we represent, we are there to mark the milestones and successes, and to fight and protect against adversity.
