Agu Rodríguez

Agu Rodríguez has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Agu is currently the CEO of Ephere Football since 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Torre from 2019 to 2021, where they held the role of Tech Lead. In this position, they successfully led a team of seven engineers in developing a primary search engine that catered to over 1 million monthly active users. Agu'scollaborative approach and effective project management skills ensured the creation of a robust and scalable search engine, resulting in a high-quality search experience for job seekers and employers.

Before joining Torre, Agu was an Independent Owner of The Wise Monkey, an indie software development studio, from 2015 to 2018. Agu sold personalized software solutions to clients globally, including in Argentina, Brazil, Spain, and the United States. Agu'sfocus on quality, innovation, and close collaboration with clients allowed him to deliver tailored digital products that met their specific needs.

Agu also gained experience as a Professor's Assistant for Programming courses at Universidad ORT Uruguay in 2016. In this role, they provided essential support to students, helping them with programming assignments and guiding them throughout the course.

Additionally, Agu worked as a Software Developer at FUSIONAR from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Agu had a successful stint as a Football Player at Liverpool Fútbol Club from 1996 to 2007.

Agu Rodríguez completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Software Engineering at Universidad ORT Uruguay from 2014 to 2020. In 2019, they also studied Administration and Business Management at Université Laval for one year. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Coaching from Universidad de Salamanca. Currently, Agu is pursuing further education at Latitud starting in 2021, and the specific degree or field of study is not mentioned.
