Rajeev Sharma

Rajeev Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rajeev started their career at Cognizant as an Associate where they gained experience in project EDI Operations IT, focusing on production support and utilizing tools such as SNOW, JIRA, PCC, and WTX. Rajeev then transitioned to the role of Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, where they continued to develop their skills until September 2017. Prior to that, they received training in C, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL, and Java while serving as a PAT at Cognizant.

Following their time at Cognizant, Rajeev joined HCL Technologies as a Specialist, serving the notice period. In this role, they provided AppOps support for multiple applications, coordinated between different teams, and utilized tools like SNOW and Confluence. Rajeev worked there from October 2018 to October 2019.

After their experience at HCL Technologies, Rajeev worked at Grofers as a Product Support Engineer. Rajeev supported multiple applications, including a team focused on the inventory part of the supply chain. Rajeev'sresponsibilities included providing support to end users and operations, utilizing tools such as Sequel Pro, PyCharm, IntelliJ, jHub, Redash, Jenkins, and github. Rajeev worked at Grofers from October 2019 to November 2020.

Currently, Rajeev is working at Ephicacy as a Senior Product Support Engineer. Rajeev provides support to end users and clients for multiple applications, with a primary focus on the MDR product. Rajeev utilizes tools such as Heroku logs and console, github, Freshdesk, targetprocess, and trello. Rajeev has been working at Ephicacy since November 2020.

Throughout their work experience, Rajeev has demonstrated their ability to provide effective support and utilize various tools and technologies in a production support environment.

Rajeev Sharma obtained their Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial College of Engineering and Management (SRMCEM) Lucknow, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their 10+2 from Lucknow Public School, specializing in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics), from 2000 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rajeev Sharma has also obtained several certifications including Cutshort Certified C++ - Basic and Cutshort Certified Django - Basic from Cutshort, in November 2022. Rajeev also holds the AMCAT Certified Software Engineer - IT Services certification from Aspiring Minds, which they obtained in September 2014.
