As Senior Product Support Manager, Matt leads a team of engineers whose goal is to bridge the gap between the engineering team and first-line support for customers. This team also provides IT and DevOps support internally for the company to help improve technical operations.

Matt has over 15 years of engineering experience in the gift card, loyalty and payments industry which includes 12 years at KESM/Loyalmark whom Ackroo acquired at the end of 2017. He is passionate about working with clients and internal stakeholders to solve complex problems.
