William Kitsch

William Kitsch is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in agricultural lending and business strategy. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Ephrata National Bank since November 2016, William oversees the bank's sales activities and lending functions. Prior to this role, William held various positions including Senior Vice President, Business Performance Strategist, and Vice President, Agricultural Lending Manager. William also has academic experience as an Adjunct Professor at both the Fox School of Business at Temple University and Delaware Valley College, teaching courses in accounting and financial management. Previous roles include leadership positions at Centric Bank and MidAtlantic Farm Credit, where William focused on market development and strategic goals.
