Milena Vilas Boas

Milena Vilas Boas is an experienced HRIS Project Manager and Implementation Consultant currently working at EPI-USE since April 2024, where expertise in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions is provided for clients in German and Global Markets. Previously, Milena held the position of Implementation Consultant at ADP from January 2023 to April 2024, focusing on HR project management and process implementation within various areas of Human Capital Management. Prior to that, Milena served as Human Resources Coordinator at Casais Group from April 2014 to January 2023, managing day-to-day HR activities and overseeing the employee life cycle. Milena began the career as Human Resources Director at Casais Angola, where implementation of HR procedures and regulatory compliance was ensured. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Consultant and Trainer, focusing on HR consultancy projects from 2002 to 2008. Milena holds a degree in Sociology from Universidade do Minho, obtained in 2002.
