Brock Strunk

Chief Engineer at Epic Aircraft

Brock Strunk has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Brock started their career at The Lancair Company in 1998 as a Structures Engineer, where they worked until 2002. Brock then joined Adam Aircraft as a Structural Test Director from 2002 to 2007. After that, they worked at Spirit AeroSystems as a Contract Stress Engineer, specializing in Stress, Fatigue, and Damage Tolerance Analysis for various aircraft components. In 2009, they joined Erickson Air-Crane, Inc. as a Senior Structures Engineer until 2012. Since 2012, they have been with Epic Aircraft, first as the Chief Structures Engineer and currently serving as the Chief Engineer. Additionally, in 2001, they worked as a Composite Technical Community Advisor at SME.

Brock Strunk attended the Oregon Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology (MfgET) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET). Brock also attended Szegedi Tudományegyetem in 1995 and 1996, where they pursued Hungarian Studies, but did not obtain a degree.
