Tyler Tiland started working at Epic Aircraft in 2014 as a Materials And Process Engineer. In this role, they helped establish a new in-house materials testing lab, developed testing methods, and tested adhesive and carbon composite specimens to ASTM standards using various test equipment. Tyler worked in this position until September 2014. In 2015, they transitioned into the role of Structures and Analysis Engineer at Epic Aircraft, where they continue to work.
Tyler Tiland attended the University of Portland from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
