Hester Spiegel-vdSteenhoven is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various notable organizations. Since January 2021, Hester serves as the Founding & Managing Partner at Epic Angels, focusing on establishing Asia's largest female-only angel investor community. Additionally, Hester is a Venture Partner at Kaizenvest and a Venture Fellow & IC member at Insignia Ventures Academy. Hester also facilitates and coaches innovation programs at Arcadia Consulting. Prior roles include strategic advisory positions at 42 Wolfsburg and 42 Heilbronn, and leadership as Country Head for 42 in Germany. Hester's experience at Deutsche Bank as Director in Group Management Consulting encompassed high-impact projects, while earlier positions included roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
