Jiyeong Kim

Jiyeong Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and women's wellness sectors. Currently serving as Head of Global Retail Operations Strategy and CTC Lead for Asia Pacific, Japan, and China at Organon since August 2022, Jiyeong is also an Angel Investor at Epic Angels. Previously, Jiyeong founded GLOW Fertility Concierge, a service dedicated to supporting women's fertility management. As Co-Founder and COO of Tortue Company, a femme tech firm focused on women's health, Jiyeong's leadership garnered multiple awards, including recognition from Korean government start-up initiatives. Past roles include significant positions at Shire, Philips, and Novartis, where Jiyeong led marketing and business development efforts, achieving substantial revenue growth and managing complex partnerships. Jiyeong holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition and Business Administration from Ewha Womans University.
