Tim O'Leary has over 30 years of comprehensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Tim began their career in public accounting, where they worked for 7 years and achieved the position of Staff Manager. Tim then transitioned to the corporate sector, holding roles such as Controller at CBRE and Corporate Controller at Shea Homes. Tim has also served as Vice President and Senior Controller at Trammell Crow Company, Director of Finance and Real Estate at Vulcan, Inc., and Chief Accounting Officer at Harsch Investment Properties. Tim has further gained experience as the Director of Real Estate Accounting at Los Arboles Management and the Director of Accounting at Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Tim'smost recent position was as the Corporate Controller and CFO at Epic Asset Management. With a solid background in finance and real estate, Tim O'Leary is well-equipped to handle diverse financial responsibilities and maintain optimal fiscal health for organizations.
